This notice provides for general information pertaining to the processing of personal data of individuals by 4H Agency LTD ("4H") in the context of its business activities.

1. General Information
The controller within the meaning of the section 2(1) of the Law for Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of Such Data (the “Law”) is:

2. Processing Information regarding personal data
4H processes the following categories of personal data, including special categories of personal data as listed in section 17 and 18 of the Law, for the listed purposes and legal basis:

4H may transmit individuals’ personal data to the following categories of recipients:
4H may have the intention to transmit personal data based either on consent of the individuals or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Individuals may address requests for further information about such safeguards to: admin@4h.agency.

4. Storage period
The personal data of the individuals affected will be stored for the duration of the purpose of processing in accordance to Article 5 (1) of GDPR, i.e. the validity of the agreement between 4H and the individuals. After termination of the agreement, the personal data of the individuals will only be stored beyond this term as long as and as far as this is provided for by European or national legislators in Union regulations, laws or other requirements (e.g. Art. 17 (3) GDPR).

5. Individuals’ rights
Individuals may withdraw their consent for the collection and use of personal data any time without this affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out by virtue of the consent provided prior to such withdrawal or other justifications for processing.
Individuals have the right to be informed by 4H about the processing of their personal data in accordance to Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR, to object against their processing on grounds relating to his particular situation and to have such personal data rectified, erased or their processing restricted, where the conditions for such requests as laid down in Art. 16, 17 and 18 GDPR are met. Individuals may address such requests to: admin@4h.agency.
Furthermore, individuals have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the European Union.

6. Requirement of providing personal data
Where the processing of individuals’ personal data is required for the entering into or the performance of a contract, or in order to comply with 4H’s legal obligations, individuals are required to provide the personal data requested for such purpose. If the personal data is not provided, 4H and the individuals may not be able to enter into a contract or 4H may not be able to perform its obligations under an existing contract.

7. Applicable Legislation
The privacy policy of 4H is in full compliance with the Law and GDPR.

8. Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
In the event where the involvement of the Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus is required, 4H shall refer to its competent authority.
