The Client launched successful CS:GO skin betting product but was concerned with legal implications and access to local payment solutions. Client has identified 40 markets as target markets and required understanding of the legal status of the product in each market.
4H Agency was tasked with devising and implementing a strategy for the project within a limited budget allocated by the client.
We developed a two-stage approach for the task, including a limited analysis of product legality in certain markets and in-depth analysis in case of any risks identified during the first stage. Our team worked with consulting firms in target jurisdictions and provided a consolidated and concise outcome to the client.
The Client made business decisions based on the risk level of the markets involved in the project, ceasing operations in high risk markets and continuing in low risk markets where product was relatively free of any implications.
